Gaucho Urbano
Hospitality
Gaucho Urbano in Pigeon Forge offers a more family-friendly interpretation of the owner’s portfolio of Brazilian steakhouses. The project adapts the traditional steakhouse experience into a setting that feels approachable and welcoming while celebrating the flair of Brazilian grilling.
The sloping site directly influenced the building and parking strategy. Required parking was accommodated within a two-story garage structure built into the hillside, allowing the project to take advantage of the natural grade while preserving clear, convenient access to the restaurant.
A prominent glass wall at the front of the dining space provides clear views into the kitchen, where meats are prepared and grilled in full view of guests. This visual connection to the cooking process serves as an immediate focal point upon arrival, reinforcing the restaurant’s concept and setting the tone for the dining experience.
